For over 4 years, TeraGo has delivered exceptional service to our company. We run a multitude of applications over their secure Internet at a great price. Customer service is important to me and whenever I have had questions regarding our account my dedicated account representative has been helpful, informative and friendly. I recommend TeraGo without hesitation.

Terago is used as our primary internet provider. Terago was very helpful in accommodating a service upgrade we needed, on fairly short notice. Kitchen Stuff Plus first became a TeraGo client five years ago when we opened a site in a location that couldn’t receive DSL service -- going wireless was our only option and TeraGo met our needs. Since then the excellent service they have provided has led us to choose them as the primary network provider for our 12 locations across Canada. In fact, we recently enhanced our relationship even further. We’re currently in the process of upgrading to their VLAN service. This means that TeraGo will now support a managed network which will enable us to share our private data between all of our office locations.

Our company has been a TeraGo customer since March 2012, obtaining high speed Internet services. As an email marketing software and email newsletter solution provider, we require a reliable connection to support our mission critical activities. After experiencing some degradation in our connection, we contacted the Network Operations Center (NOC) for assistance. A NOC Incident Manager contacted me directly and provided an update on the situation, as well as details on next steps – he was totally on the ball. TeraGo stands behind their products, providing any support necessary to ensure their customers have a positive experience. It is for these reasons that I remain a loyal customer and recommend TeraGo to everyone.

The services TeraGo provides to our organization are extremely reliable. US Traffic had originally used our TeraGo services as a provisional back-up service. However, upon recognizing the excellent service, we engaged TeraGo to provide us with a full solution. We now utilize their point-to-point wireless as our primary connection. With the need for constant connectivity, both for our internal users and those connected by VPN, TeraGo has become a provider in which we can trust. I have no reservation about recommending both the services and the staff at TeraGo Networks.

Sleeman first turned to TeraGo to provide wireless Internet access to our Victoria warehouse out of necessity as we needed a backup connection and there was no other option.
