As we grow, it’s just more practical to be in the cloud. EMS integrates with Office 365 and is easier to configure. With the nonprofit pricing that Microsoft offers, the decision was a no-brainer.
There were many steps involved in the process, but Agile IT made it easy. Every step of the way, we always knew what was going on. Working with Agile IT, the response time and quality of work have been excellent. I’ve had zero problems, which I can’t say about everybody.
I would absolutely recommend working with Agile IT. They’re experts in Office 365 and the Microsoft environment. Through conversations with other resellers, I definitely see Agile IT as superior in knowledge and experience.
Coming from a 20-person IT team, I wanted to have IT support but couldn’t afford that in-house. Going cloud-based was efficient, easier to control and made more sense. We’ve had a strong relationship with Agile IT for 2 years. The team takes their jobs seriously. They’re knowledgeable in many areas and transparent about what falls outside their expertise.
Even though the division is small in size, being between a parent company brought a lot of complexities to the migration including firewall issues. The technical team at Agile IT was very savvy, reliable and professional. Together we were able to resolve all problems and achieve a successful deployment.
Phones and infrastructure are critical to business; you need them to be productive, and employees expect them to work. Agile IT understood that was important to me and the company and had the technical ability to transition us seamlessly, despite many requirements.
With the project roadmap, we could see milestones, tasks and responsibilities. We felt confident handing over a significant migration to Agile IT and that it would fit into the timeline.
Our IT team is relatively small, so the amount of time required for maintaining and keeping up to date with current tech was holding us back from providing users with the latest offerings out there. Agile IT helped us work through issues such as how our firewall was set up and how our spam was being handled. No matter what came up, Agile IT had the knowledge or access to individuals with experience in that situation.
As an IT admin faced with doing the project on my own versus partnering with Agile IT, working with Agile IT took the stress away from getting the job done correctly and on time.
I would recommend not only the software, which has been great for my work and mindset, but especially the Agile IT team. They were there every time we had a question and just available – I really appreciate that.
