We have used Fulton May’s services for over 8 years. They have done everything from providing “live” help desk support for our users to designing/installing the entire IT infrastructure for our new 78K sqf headquarters. We have come to rely exclusively on their expertise. Their response time and customer service are “world class”.
I’ve been working with Fulton May for many years now. In the past, I was the IT guy at my firm. Making a huge investment in technology wasn’t something I wanted to do so partnering with a firm like Fulton May to set my firm up in the cloud, without the up front hardware cost was great. Paying monthly for a flat fee service model makes sense as that is how I also bill. We have a very complicated software set up that uses a lot of resources and working with Fulton May has been outstanding as they worked countless hours to make our software as efficient as it could be, without additional billing. The people are great and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them as your outsourced IT department.
