DreamHost is an affordable very well managed host for websites. As a very small nonprofit, we appreciate the value we get with this host. There are several ways to get support when you have a question, most are free, unless you want a call. The tech staff are excellent - they know their stuff and give you answers within a day, or less on chat. We were also able to lease a certificate at a very reasonable price, making our site more secure.
I highly recommend DreamHost to anyone.
I love the innovative approach to VPS DreamHost has brought. Firing up a dedicated MYSQL VPS for my WordPress network while the primary VPS is running Nginx was such a great move. I have spent a decade learning and managing server configurations and these guys have made a control panel flexible enough to tweak and optimized enough that you really don't have too. Thanks for this, I have referred clients already and even operate a public WordPress host of my own (dedicated).
