“They're a really great to deal with on a day-to-day basis which is important if an IT issue raises its head. They always remember me, are friendly and most importantly extremely competent.
Beyond the basic service, where they really shine is their ability to add value. For example, on a visit, they spotted our phone system was a little antiquated and the new one is not only has functions that are really useful (never thought I'd be evangelising about a phone system) but it also saves us a lot of money! If I let them surprise me, they come up with some great tech that saves money and also makes a small business like mine more productive! This phone system and, for example a file sharing service are so much better than what we had before, save us a ton of time and this means I strongly recommend them for both IT support and a ton of other stuff ranging from lease lines to VOIP.
