The team at KMT are great, whenever issues arise, they are onto it and help you resolve the issue. The ability to prioritize issues by importance is a good tool, however, it woudl be great for us if we could also select the best contact person to resolve the issue.

Working in a company employing plenty of IT savvy developers and application support staff we used to rely on those guys taking time out of their day to spec out servers, manage updates, look after domain accounts, ensure server uptime and really sort out our network overall. Meeting with Brad and seeing his clear plan on how our old hardware could be reconfigured (read: replaced), our backup regime could be beefed up to handle not only user or hardware failure but also environmental disasters, it was a no brainer to employ the KMT group. Since the day the KMT group rolled our new solution in, the number of network issues we have faced has been close to zero as has the amount of time our staff is spending on the network. So, not only do we have a more stable, robust and efficient setup (that is better backed up) but we also have increased output across our internal IT team. Add to this the fact that all requests we do make are answered and actioned in quick time and we couldn’t be happier.

In November last year, we engaged KMT Group to carry out our IT Upgrade and be our IT Support Provider.
