Koris really understood our needs, met with key stakeholders within BPP and provided proof points that they could deliver against. It was therefore an easy decision for us. Koris’ understanding, skill levels and experience in the Mitel arena were key to our decision, with the peace of mind that whatever we could throw at them, I had no doubt they could deal with it.
Koris has been a strong ally and given confidence throughout all elements of the requirement, working unflustered and in full control at all times, there were no doubts about their ability after knowing about proven track record and experience in similar scenarios.
Since go-live, we have yet to experience a single fault and I have every confidence that this will continue for a long period. If we were to experience any problems, I have every confidence that the team at Koris will be quick and thorough dealing with it. In short, I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Koris.Thanks to Koris, we now have a brand new IP telephony system which is leaps and bounds ahead of our old system. Thanks to their knowledge, organisation and support we were able to introduce this system within a tight timetable. It was vital to us that staff would be able to understand and use the system immediately upon arrival in a new office, and this was achieved.
The primary factor in choosing Koris was the solution alongside their work ethic and responsive service in pulling together the proposal. Koris’ technical consultants really listened to our needs and got it right first time. When querying other companies’ proposals we found that they had missed vital elements which Koris had identified.
