Trapp Technology provides Great Quickbooks and Sage hosting products.
Trapp Technology offers a great remote desktop experience. I was a customer for 5 years until my business model changed and I no longer needed the technology.
I highly recommend the service however, a strong caution. If you need to cancel your service make sure you advise your credit card company not to honour future charges. It's been 6 months since I cancelled my account and the charges keep coming. This after countless emails, several phone calls and a submitted service ticket. I am sad to write this review after a multi year stellar service performance.The best experience over the last 5 years is customer support. Being able to contact someone 24/7, get questions answered, and issues resolved by phone or email. Customer support has been fantastic!
I have been with Trapp for several years and it has been several years too long. The customer service is just terrible. Every time there is an issue, it is never them or anything they did. Then you get to talk to someone that tries to convince you why its not their fault and why its your fault or your users fault.
If you are like me and looking to outsource to cloud hosting to simplify your IT world, stay away from this company.
The other big issue I have is that they have caused me downtown for 5 estimators and they refuse to compensate me in anyway.
I have been researching other service providers and there are better out there in this price range.Because of Trapp Technology’s low cost and the recommendation from someone I trusted, I didn’t investigate other alternatives. We decided later that year to move our accounting to the cloud. Switching to the cloud was really easy. You just backup a copy and they set it up for you. It was a five minute phone call to learn how to use it.
Trapp Technology has made my life easier and simpler. As an entrepreneur my life is full of crises and problem solving. When something solves a problem for you it’s awesome. Putting our QuickBooks on the cloud was a great decision.Trapp Technology’s cloud solutions support the influx of new clients coming in, which allows us to meet market demands for modern accounting technology.
