They put in place a support team that took the time to learn and continue to understand our people, our systems and our needs. The support team is responsive to our tickets in a way that makes us feel supported.
I have the ability to pick up the phone and call them and say, 'Hey, I just put in a ticket, I need this done right away, it's urgent' and they're on it. I can send an email or whichever way works out best. And they've been great as far as getting on stuff and getting taken care of. I'm glad we made the decision we made.
BRITECITY has always been quick to respond, as far as them getting out there to look at our systems. Although they are getting to know our systems, communications are constant. They're always letting you know what's happening or if it's been updated.
