- We created this service, Managed IT Support, out of a deep understanding of the struggles network and system administrators face. Having worked in the technology industry for many years, we saw that IT departments often lacked the time and resources they needed to keep their computer systems running efficiently. In some cases, this could cost businesses dearly due to unnecessary downtime or increased costs from inefficient maintenance.
It was also clear that these departments needed more on-demand assistance with their hardware and software needs. This would save them time and money while giving them more control over their network infrastructure.
