To have Bremmar as an escalation point gives me a lot of confidence to support the team and manage the systems better.
Since Bremmar took over, I haven’t heard of any complaints. The service level they have given us has been superb, including the response time, clarity of communications and attentive techs that actually care for our business. The identification and resolution of issues is always efficiently done, with the route cause being identified and dealt with. Accessibility has become an understanding between the two parties, where the techs know the particularities of the business and the entire IT environment upfront. With our IT now managed in a professional manner by Bremmar, we no longer see it as a risk area, but as an asset that is adding value to the business.
Our overall IT cost hasn’t gone down dramatically, however, it hasn’t escalated and there’s no reinvesting in hardware. I just pay a regular fee and Bremmar takes control of our IT. Speed and accessibility have improved, as well as connectivity where SAP is certainly more integrated with our systems and it’s quicker to open files in general. In summary, the Complete Cloud Environment has been very beneficial for our business and it’s something I would recommend to other businesses because of three main reasons: cost, security and peace of mind. Bremmar has a sound and reliable IT structure that has a good backup in place, which makes things easier, and also staff are nice to deal with, they are reliable, supportive and friendly.
Bremmar’s platform has adapted to the skills and resources we need. With Bremmar, it doesn’t matter when you call, even on weekends, they will resolve the issue in one hour or even less. I can even recall a weekend where we experienced issues and, with Bremmar’s assistance, they were sorted within 30 minutes! I have confidence in Bremmar to always resolve issues in a short time frame.
Our infrastructure not only evolved, I would say that downtime has decreased by at least 60%. I passed on all the downtime trouble to Bremmar, they walked away and not only improved it, they changed the burden into planned downtime that can be scheduled if an issue is found. Our operation keeps running during the day with no interruptions. I can sleep in peace and have time to plan my day. My focus is now on planning for future projects rather than fighting fires.We treat our Bremmar team as our own staff and that makes it easier for communication purposes; there are clear expectations and few grey areas.
