- Zen Systems moves UK businesses onto hosted 3CX phone systems and looks after them once they're live. Hosted means your phone system runs in our private cloud, in Equinix data centres in London, so there's no phone server to keep in your office.
Changing provider is the part most businesses worry about, because if it goes wrong your phones stop ringing and customers notice. We've made planning that move the thing we're best at, and we can bring your existing numbers across from your old provider.
3CX is the only phone system we sell. It's licensed by how many calls can happen at the same time, not by user. If you have 40 staff but rarely more than eight on the phone at once, you license for eight. 3CX now limits how many extensions (individual phones or users on the system)... each licence can cover, so we check this on every quote.
After go-live you deal with the same small, family-run team in Bury St Edmunds, who know how your system is set up. UK support is 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and the platform is monitored 24/7 with a 99.99% uptime SLA. We're happy to tell you when something isn't worth paying for, even if it means a smaller order for us.
