We are now displaced without anything other than a referral. Their software and training is enbedded in our computer systems. We spent not only money on onboarding, but also signicant employee time in training.
Thrive dropped us without consideration of the past relationship with the smaller company they swallowed. They maybe bigger, but there actions are not seated in good business. I would not trust them or their services. It is obvious their first priority is greed, not service. They had no soft landing considered for displaced clients.They exhibit little compassion or empathy for the trail of distruction of company's clients through the acquistion. Beware.”
