“I would give zero stars if possible. ECI is fine until you try to leave them. My company separated from ECI as we pivoted our business and couldn't afford them and didn't need the regulatory oversite. Several months after separation, ECI branded duo lingo pop ups started on all of our computers. This is problematic since we are no longer on ECI and they will not authorize access to our Microsoft 365 accounts. ECI is claiming that this is not there issue and we are no longer clients, but to be this means that they did not do their job properly separating us from them - which I paid for in addition to the standard service blocks that we were under contract for.”
