We’ve been working with James and Vantage now for over 15 years. Obviously, a lot has changed in that time & they’ve kept us up to date & managed us through that constant process & change during that time. We’re only going to become more reliant on technology & it will continue to change faster than it has the last 15 years, so we’re looking forward to Vantage looking after us for at least another 15 years, to help make sure we don’t get left behind.
Since Vantage Networks has been providing services to the Country Women’s Association of Western Australia (Inc) they have helped us transition to improved infrastructure, a better more secure network and their team has been responsive to technical issues small and large as they arise. Thanks to the work Vantage had done to improve our ICT we were able to pivot quickly to new ways of working during COVID restrictions.
I was introduced to Vantage Networks by a colleague back in 2012 and I was instantly impressed with James’ professional manner. Over the 8-year period we progressed from a junior explorer to operating the first Iron Ore mine in Fiji. Vantage were integral in supporting our IT requirements through feasibility, detailed design, data rooms, FIDIC Contract management into production operating systems. This included the challenge of running a project in different time zones which regularly required flexibility. Vantage are my first choice for IT support and I highly recommend their service.
