“We are unlucky clients of this company and I need to warn potential customers about Espria based on our negative experience. We are leasing printer from them. Here's what you need to know before engaging with them:
Deceptive Contracting: Espria may present what seems like simple agreements or choices, such as selecting a charity for donations, but these turn out to be binding, multi-year contracts (SIXTY months!) without clear disclosure at the time of signing.
Unclear Terms and Conditions: The full terms and conditions of Espria’s agreements are not provided upfront. Important details are contained in small, hard-to-read print, that is sent by email AFTER you sign the contract.
Overpriced Agreements: Their financial arrangements, end up costing significantly more than the equipment's worth over the term of the lease. Their pricing strategy seems designed to maximize their profit rather than providing fair value.
Poor Customer Service: Communicating with Espria is extremely challenging. They do not respond to inquiries or concerns promptly, and is impossible to contact our 'account manager'...
Conclusion: Exercise extreme caution if considering Espria. Read every part of any document they present, and consider seeking legal advice before signing anything. Their business practices could potentially lead to significant commitments and costs.
