“Intergrid / 5g Networks is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise you to stay away. I was with them for 3 years, and while initially happy, they were purchased by another provider, and since then, the service has been horrendous.

I had a bought-and-paid-for support contract, and when they were trying to fix a problem of their own making (they deleted my DNS server), they tried to tell me I didn't have a support contract. I pointed to the numerous prior emails and the original quote stating the total price included a support contract. Despite the undeniable evidence, they tried to tell me the support contract had been removed some months ago, but they couldn't tell me why, by whom, or why the price remained the same.

This is just one of many stories of terrible service that led me to leave them for another provider. Even today, over a year after leaving them, they still send me bills for things I don't use.

I never write reviews, but this company is so bad I feel I should do a public service and let you know this company is one to stay away from.”
