The solution provided to Macpherson Kelley by Brennan IT has significantly improved the way our staff collaborate together.
Being a national law firm, previously it was difficult for staff and clients to collaborate effectively across different offices and states, resulting in costly interstate travel and time inefficiencies. In addition to this, we required a technology that was able to complement our new Activity Based Working practices, it also needed to be simple to ensure successful staff adoption.
Now, employees can communicate with each other faster, work flexibly and can leverage exceptional video conferencing facilities which significantly reduces the need to travel. This has, in turn, reduced our costs, broken down national barriers thus improving staff morale, culture and engagement.

Brennan IT was more than proactive in helping Forever New in the migration project. It was a complex migration involving multiple incumbent vendors. The Brennan IT project lead was instrumental in getting that cut-over completed in time for peak trading through Christmas. It helped immensely that Brennan IT had local presence in Melbourne and Sydney for this particular project.
Most providers are always chasing multi-year contracts. Brennan IT has been forthcoming with the short term 12-month contracts as we’ve needed them, so we can assess the value creation from enlisting some of our on premise apps to the cloud.
Now we’ve got one service provider being able to provide us both cloud applications and communications. That has freed up internal IT resources to work on other business value-added projects.

We were looking for an IT provider who would work with us as we grew. This was a core requirement as the organisation had experienced significant growth over the last three years and more growth was anticipated. We replaced 87 PCs across a number of different offices in just five days. There was only minor disruption to the business through this transition. The changes were immediate, staff who had been spending upwards of 20 minutes every day waiting for their computers to start were able to jump on and boot up straight away.
